Boy boys boys, when will you ever learn that if she asks you a question then chances are she already has an answer to it. Let me give you a little insight ...
Remember the book from when we were in Kindergarten, "When You Give A Mouse A Cookie?"... it's exactly like that. How, you may ask. Well, let me just tell you.
Say you leave a "crumb" like do something on social media, then she may go and look at the person and figure out who they are to you and how you may know them. Now a hundred questions are running through her mind if you all are dating ... questions like the following:
Did he sleep with her?
Did they date at some point?
Who is this girl hitting on my man?
Is he so dumb that he won't realize I see everything ...?
And the list continues on and on. Then here it comes ... Say the girl is from Atlanta (we will use my home state for example), then this is where you are doomed man ... run straight for the hills.
She pulls out her iPhone and starts to angrily send you a nice little text.
S: "Hey handsome, so I think my friends and I bumped into one of your friends when we were out in Atlanta this summer."
And this is where you mess up thinking she is being so sweet and nice ... you text her back saying.
D: "Oh babe really? Who was it?"
S: "It was Tiffany (random name used) I think, but I don't know if she remembers ..."
Then your dumb self ends up giving in and saying ...
D: "Yeah, she's awesome."
Ball game over, you just handed her all the ammo to ask any question she wants like "did ya'll used to have a thing?" She can literally ask anything she likes. And now you are doomed.
So, how in the world is this exactly like "When You Give A Mouse A Cookie?" Because you gave her one thing and she asked for more. It's as simple as that and what did we learn from that book when we were younger? Never give the mouse a cookie. Because then they want more and more. This applies to real college life because what you should be doing instead of making your girlfriend lose it is be making her feel like the only one, so never give the girl a crumb just give her love and affection instead.
