What does it mean to have a big brother? Having an older sibling, especially a brother, means being spoiled, abundantly tough-LOVED, and leaves you feeling like a princess!

1. Spoiled

Being a younger sister to your brother means him surprising you with your favorite candy when he comes home from the supermarket or reading the "last" bedtime story at night. It means him spending his all of his saved up tickets from Mr. Gatti's Pizza to win the blow-up chair that you wanted. Just face it, your expectations are incredibly high after your brother shows you just how a guy should treat you.

2. Tough-LOVED

Of course, he loves you, he just has to express it in a bone-cracking hug or tickles that almost make you pee all over the floor. A big brother NEVER lets his sister get called a "sissy." He makes sure that she can tough out anything. This means putting up a fight in an arm wrestling match or learning how to perfect that spiral on a football.

3. Feeling Like a Princess

Having an older brother makes a little girl feel like a princess! When he brings a girlfriend home, guess who REALLY has the say-so if she stays? That's right- THE PRINCESS. If you're ever in need, he'll drop everything no matter the circumstances to help you out! A big brother is the BEST kind of sibling. (no bias thoughts intended)

If You Are A Little Sister, cherish your brother. The two of you may argue every now and then, but in the end, he really has your back, Brothers are treasures.

They find that shirt that’s right in front of you, but just you can’t seem to find.

Thank You on wooden blocks

1. Thank you for being the one I can always count on to be honest.

A true friend will tell you if the shirt is ugly, or at least ask to borrow it and "accidentally" burn it.

2. Thank you for accepting me for who I am.

A best friend will love you regardless of the stale french fries you left on the floor of your car, or when you had lice in 8th grade and no one wanted to talk to you.

Do as I say, not as I do.

Your eyes widen in horror as you stare at your phone. Beads of sweat begin to saturate your palm as your fingers tremble in fear. The illuminated screen reads, "Missed Call: Mom."

Growing up with strict parents, you learn that a few things go unsaid. Manners are everything. Never talk back. Do as you're told without question. Most importantly, you develop a system and catch on to these quirks that strict parents have so that you can play their game and do what you want.

"Friends" maybe didn’t have everything right or realistic all the time, but they did have enough episodes to create countless reaction GIFs and enough awesomeness to create, well, the legacy they did. Something else that is timeless, a little rough, but memorable? Living away from the comforts of home. Whether you have an apartment, a dorm, your first house, or some sort of residence that is not the house you grew up in, I’m sure you can relate to most of these!
