What I Have Learned From Soccer

Soccer has taught me many valuable skills to use in everyday life.

What I Have Learned From Soccer

I have been playing soccer for almost 15 years now. I have played at all sorts of levels and played against every kind of player. Through this journey, I have learned so much.

1. Sportsmanship

No matter what may happen on the field, you always leave your temper there (that's me in the back).

2. Determination

Always keep your eye on the ball.

3. Aggression (a healthy aggression)

I always got called for fouls even if I won the ball first, and I still do, but it's good to be aggressive.

4. Composure

It can be easy to lose your head, and trust me I have, but in soccer and in life you must stay level headed.

5. Strong work ethic

I have always wanted to be the best that I can possibly be and take my game as far as I can. You must work hard to get better.

I hope to be playing soccer for the rest of my life, or for as long as I can.
