Anxiety is sleepless nights

as you lay awake thinking about everything that could go wrong.

Anxiety is upset stomachs

as you worry yourself sick because you feel like it is only present if it is a physical ailment.

Anxiety is dizziness

as you try to fight through the overwhelming feeling

Anxiety is always there

as you fight day after day to not let it stop you from reaching for your dreams.

Anxiety is real

as you continue bearing the burden feeling eyes on you every waking moment.

Anxiety is not a joke

as you fight yourself over every little thing.

Anxiety is feeling like you aren't wanted

as you hang out with your friends and question if they really want you there.

Anxiety is too much

as you feel like you have the weight of the world on your shoulders.

Anxiety is a problem you can overcome

as you leap over the hurdle and get ready for the next.
