It does seem a lot of people today have a very common problem. We never seem to have enough time. Yes even with all the advancements in technology with communicating online, having our words written down for us through our phones, making plans ahead of time with reminders set, or having all your past activities recorded on a device. Still we just can't seem to bend time into our favor. Often we look to the extremely successful people who are always talked about on the news, and are still continuing there success as we speak now. They are not only being successful in their occupations but in their normal life after that. Some jobs require these modern idols to be on top of their constantly. Even so they are still vibrant and blissful everyday forward. Some come to examine this as "just the way things are" that even though many of these individuals have shared their secrets, people still lack the appropriate amount of time to do what is needed anyway. Maybe perhaps there is a more minuscule factor that has not been thoroughly examined enough. Nothing like tracking the meals you eat or how you look in appearance (don't get me wrong though these are things to consider). I am talking about how early you wake up. Now if you think about a good portion of the population as a whole sleeps a lot. Overtly there many aspects of this to consider that lead to this such as the obvious ones being lazy, sick or staying up half the night. These are well within our control though if we have a the right mind set and motivate ourselves to be more practical with the time we are given. Otherwise these things can become a habit, in doing so you lose not just a good nights sleep, but more time in the day to complete the various task that need to be attended to. One favorite quite I like is from Arnold Schwarzenegger about waking up early:
"I've always figured out that there are 24 hours a day. You sleep 6 hours and have 18 hours left. Now, I know there are some of you out there that say well, wait a minute, I sleep 8 hours or 9 hours. Well, then, just sleep faster I would recommend. Just remember, you can't climb the ladder of success with your hands in the pockets."

Now you don't necessarily have to go to that extreme, you can still though get enough sleep and wake up early to have more time in your day. If you think about it though to some limits what Arnold said is true though. There will be times where having only 6 hours of sleep will be necessary if you want to be wherever you envision yourself being in the future. That is the purpose though of getting up early because of how bad you want something. Are you driven and want to compete at the highest level possible? Get up early then while your competition is still sleeping the hours away.
