10 Things To Do In Vegas If You're Underage
Truly Epic

Las Vegas is such a cool city to visit. It is a twenty-four hour city - there is always something to do. This past weekend, my best friend and I got the opportunity to spend the weekend in Sin City to explore and spend time with my aunt and her boyfriend. However, we are both nineteen, so a lot of people feel like we would have nothing to do. For anyone who is not twenty-one but wants to visit Las Vegas, I've got you covered. Here is a list of things to do in Las Vegas if you are underage.

1. Topgolf Las Vegas

Located at the MGM Grand Hotel, Topgolf's Vegas location is absolutely amazing. While I am biased because I work for a TG back in Arizona, this company is so special. The venue has four floors, a pool, views that you cannot beat, and seriously great food. What better way to spend a night then hitting some golf balls and enjoying being surrounded by sports!

2. People watching

After we checked out Topgolf, we went to this counter at a Starbucks in the MGM and people watched for at least an hour. It was so entertaining to see all the different types of people walking through the casino floor. You will be amazed at who you see roaming through the hotel, and what type of clothing people are wearing.

3. Zip-lining on Freemont Street

Freemont Street is such an interesting place to go. Since it is considered to be "Old Vegas," you see a really unique mix of people walking up and down the street. If you want a better look, you can go zip-lining. There are two ways to go: the short track where you are in a sitting position or the long track where you are laying on your stomach, Superman style.

4. Visit the adventure dome

Located inside the hotel Circus Circus, you will find a complete amusement park. There is a roller-coaster, arcade games, and circus performers. It is a great place to enjoy rides and games without having the leave the strip.

5. Eat lots of food

There are so many amazing restaurants and food stands all along the stip. You could eat crepes in Paris, pizza in New York, and some amazing Italian food at the Venetian. If you are okay with most likely gaining five pounds on your trip, definitely eat at those places.

6. Go on the High Roller

Known as the biggest observation deck in the world, this ferris wheel takes you up 550 feet in the air. You are able to see and enjoy all of the Las Vegas strip. This thirty-minute ride is so worth it because you cannot get these kinds of views anywhere else. It is a great place to take pictures.

7. Visit the Boneyard

Located off the strip, this museum of sorts shows you all of the neon signs from Las Vegas' past. The tours are usually an hour, and you can visit during the day or at night. It is a cool place to check out some signs that used to be displayed on the strip but have now been sent to the graveyard of signs.

8. Go hiking

There are some great hiking locations that are just outside of the strip. If you feel like getting some exercise after eating all that good food, this is a great option.

9. Check out the outlet malls

There are a couple outlet malls in Las Vegas that are pretty great to go to. Some of the shops inside the hotel malls are extremely pricey, so go to the outlets for some great deals.

10. Watch the fountains at the Bellagio

The fountain show at the Bellagio is a must-see. It comes on every fifteen minutes to a different song, and it is seriously so beautiful. It is easily one of my favorite parts about Las Vegas.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
