We all have those days filled with sadness, sometimes for no reason other than a bad mood. We all have bad days. But even when it's more than a bad day, and it's a bad month or a bad year, I know you are right there to help me get back up.
Everyone goes through hard times and having friends there to help makes a world of difference. Whether it’s going on a late night drive with the music blasting to clear my mind, or having a girls night filled with laughs, people don’t realize how much of a difference a small gesture can make.
Having friends who are willing to drop what they’re doing to come cheer you up are the friends you are going to grow old with. They are the friends who are going to be your bridesmaids, and the friends who are going to know you better than you know yourself.
Thank you for the countless nights staying in and watching a movie while eating ice cream out of the tub. Thank you to the friends who never left my side even when I chose to believe a boy over my friends who were right all along. You know me better than anyone and that includes knowing what I need to be cheered up.
I couldn't imagine life without my best friends by my side. The reason I have made it so far is because of you guys being there for me and guiding me. Through difficult times, breakups, deaths and everything in between, my friends have been there to make sure I don't lose myself.
You guys are my safety net. I know I can go to you about anything, whether it be for advice or a shoulder to cry on. We went through everything together from our awkward years in middle school to our crazy college experiences. I look forward to what else life has to offer us and where we will end up.
If it wasn't for your support, constant love and honesty I wouldn't be the person I am today. They say you become like the people you surround yourself with, and I’m so glad I am surrounded by the best group of people I have ever met because it has made me into a better person. It has made me strive for success in life and not look back.
My friends are my rock. They keep me sane throughout all the craziness I encounter in life. They are always right there to help me back on my feet, even when we are hundreds of miles apart. I will forever be grateful for the friends I have, old and new.
Thank you for all you have given me, done for me, and helped me through. I will always be thankful for you. You guys are my people, and my forever best friends.
