Throughout my life I have always had great friends in my life. The ones that when you tell other friends you realize how wonderful they are. The one you know would be at your side for anything and most importantly the ones you can tell anything embarrassing to and know even thought they will laugh they’ll still comfort you. Whether they have best friends or good friends, girlfriends or ex girlfriends they have always done their part for me. I have so much to owe to them and so much to be thankful for them. They have been extraordinary and I cannot think of a better way to thank them than this letter.

Thank you for always listening to me ramble on. Anyone who has known me for a long time knows that I talk a lot whether it’s about sports, Will Ferrell movies or other friends. You guys have always listened to me whether I say something stupid and you question why did he just say that or if I am talking just to lose the silence in the room. I might not know when I need to shut up but thank you for always listening to me and contributing to when I needed to clear my mind.

Thank you for being one call away. I have had the opportunity to have made some of my best friends at a summer camp that I have spent my whole life at. While many of them live in a different state than I do I always know I can tell them anything. To my best friend of the past 20 years thanks for instilling this phrase on me when we were leaving camp. This phrase has gotten me through so much in life and has helped me when I needed you the most. This has also helped when I moved away for college and wasn’t as close to my friends from home. Thanks for listening to all my crazy stories and just being there for (even if it wasn’t physical) when I needed you the most.

Thank for helping me make decisions. Anyone who is friends with me know I need at least another opinion before I do anything. Sometimes it can be something so simple or something that is stressing me out and I need help. Whether it is which tie should I wear with this shirt or should I take this opportunity, you guys have been my other voice of reason. There are so many times I can think of when you have helped me and I cannot be more thankful.

Thank you for being hilarious with me. From the times you have quoted movies, The Office, Archer or other movies with me I have been beyond grateful. Having friends who are just as goofy as me makes me so thankful to have you in my life. I know that I will always have you when I need you the most.

To all my friends in my life, you have all had an impact on me. I have no idea how to say thank you to you for everything you have done. Whether it is stand by me through all the tough moments in life or if it’s all the moments you have made me smile I always know you’re there for me. There has been an instance where I have thought about what we talked about and realized the right thing to do. You have been reliable and very trustworthy from when I need you least to when I needed you more than you needed me. It is because of you that I am a better person and the reason I have grown. Whether we have known each other for a long time or somebody I just met a few days ago and started a conversation you have made me me. I think I hit the jackpot with the friends I have made because you guys have stuck by me through thick and thin.
