As we come to the end of another year, and quickly begin a new one, rather than reflecting on all of the things we would like to change about ourselves, it is important to reflect on the things that allow us to remain hopeful, and loving.
Family. May we continue to cherish the people who continue to support and love us through everything. Remember to always show your gratitude toward them.
Health. Remember to thank God for your health, and pray for the people who are no longer in good health. For our health is what gives us the ability to live. Please always be grateful for that.
Friends. The ones who constantly support you, lift you up, and most importantly love you. Remember to always do the same for them.
The Simple Things. Our pets, movies, music, the ability to curl up on the couch and read a good book, the things that keep you sane.
Volunteering. Give back to the communities that have given so much to you.
Opportunity. Be who you want to be, and constantly love who you are becoming.
Life. Our days are never guaranteed. Live them to the fullest.
There are so many good things in this world that we so often look past and take for granted. In this new year it is important to be grateful for all of the little things that have made us into the people we are today. Far too often we become wrapped up in the negative of the world that we do not just live. This year choose to live life to the fullest, and remain thankful for the things that have gotten you this far.
