Everyone knows the feeling: getting back to school after Thanksgiving break and noticing the different mood on campus. The mood? One of high stress, anxiety, and general discomfort among both the students and faculty as the semester begins to wrap up.

1. As you say goodbye to your parents after they bring you back to school, you'll freak out, knowing the next time they see you, you will be a changed person.

2. Despite the fact that there are only two weeks left in the semester, you'll be busier than ever in the time between Thanksgiving and the end of finals, and at least once you'll consider dropping out next semester.

3. You'll spend more time in the library in the two weeks between Thanksgiving and winter break than you have in the entire semester.

4. Occasionally, you may feel like you can have time to relax. But don't worry, while relaxing with friends, something one of your friends says reminds you of yet another thing you have to do.

5. When the final exam schedule is released, you're bound to have at least one exam on a Friday or Saturday.

6. During finals week, everyone makes the mistake of putting off an essay until the night before, which is never a good idea.

7. At least once you'll walk into an exam completely laser focused.
