What is Serengetee?
Serengetee originated from three college students while traveling the world on Semester at Sea. During this adventure, they were able to tour 15 countries in which they selected fabrics unique to each one. As a group, they had one mission: to connect people to the globe through fabric while giving back to the communities that inspire their products. Successfully, these boys launched Serengetee from their dorm room with every last penny they possessed. So today, I am proud to present to you one of the fastest growing clothing brands in the world. Their handwork and dedication has provided them the chance to change lives all around the world.
Why wear the world?
Each pattern is directly associated with a charity or cause in which 5% of each purchase goes towards. Currently, Serengetee supports over 32 causes with intentions of changing the world. Therefore, each pattern is associated with a cause or organization in the same location of the world. This allows those who purchase Serengetee to represent an organization and location while supporting women, children, and men all around the globe. Each pattern is crafted and designed by fabric makers in various locations. All purchases change a life.
Why do I wear the world?
This past semester I have been blessed with the opportunity to be a Campus Rep for Serengetee. But being a Campus Rep is more than that. I am representing a company who works to help change lives around the globe, each stitch at a time. It's as if we're working to sew together cultures and mend the world as one. Like each region's unique culture, a unique pattern has been dedicated to each of them.
