Watching my Horned Frogs completely and utterly dominate the Big 12 conference this year has been wonderful, I must admit. TCU Football, you were the underdog at the beginning of the season; in fact, you are still the underdog despite proving yourselves beyond any expectations. There are people out there that are praying for you to fail, but you all just keep winning. For that, this campus applauds you. Thank you for proving how talented and incredible this school is. However, I want to thank you for something else, something that you all probably don't even realize you're responsible for.
TCU is often described by students as high school 2.0, a characteristic usually accredited to Greek life. As a member of the Greek system at TCU, I can honestly say that this constant banter between organizations is immature, disheartening and downright shameful. Nothing triggers my migraines quicker than gossip about a fraternity or sorority or someone's unwanted opinion as to why a certain group is "top house." I truly believe that every TCU organization, Greek or non-Greek, has something extremely valuable to add to this campus. Unfortunately, lately our differences have become reason for us to grow apart instead of learning to grow together.
That is where you step in, TCU Football. Rewind to a few months back to the TCU v. OU game. If you were a student at OU, that game will probably bring back
