I just so happen to be one of those people who "stress over the little things". But to me they aren't little things, so PLEASE STOP SAYING THAT TO ME OKAY, thank you.
1. You telling me to stop stressing will not help.
You saying don't stress over that is not a magical sentence that will cure my stress. It is actually just going to make it worse for me. So yeah, no.
2. Your molehill might be my mountain.
Just because something is minor to you doesn't mean that it's minor to everyone. You might not have any problems answering the phone at work but it gives me a panic attack and causes me to say unnecessary things. And that's okay.
3. I actually do have a lot to stress about.
Despite what you might think, I actually do have a lot to stress out about. I am a college student with no money, no job, bills to pay, and classes to pass with my whole life and career on the line. That might not be the end of the world but it is a lot. This isn't like when you graduated from high school and got the same job I'm begging for now with my seven years of experience and a college degree, Deborah.
4. Mind ya business.
It actually isn't any of your business what I stress over anyways. I don't talk to you about it, in fact the only reason you know about my stress is because you grill me about it until I answer you. So if you're going to make me tell you my problems, don't judge them.
