This summer is hot, hot, hot! If you're in a super humid or an extremely dry climate, you still know the feeling of the raging heat. Everyone's favorite way to cure their overheating is an ice cold drink! And America's favorite and most popular coffee company is most definitely Starbucks! They even offer more drinks than what is on their already overwhelming menu. There are Starbucks "secret menus" that are drinks not offered on the normal menu, but can be made with all Starbucks ingredients. Here are five must try secret menu drinks to beat the summer heat.

1. The Pink Drink

To achieve this drink, ask your barista for:

-Strawberry Acai Refresher

-Ask for Coconut milk instead of water

-It comes with strawberries, but you can also ask for blackberries to make the drink sweeter!

The taste is compared to Strawberry/Raspberry milk tea.

2. Thin Mint Frappuccino.

To achieve this Frap, ask your barista for:

-Green Tea Frappuccino with a creme base

-Add java chips

- Add or top with mocha syrup (1 pump tall, 2 pumps grande, 3 pumps venti)

- Add peppermint syrup (1 pump tall, 1.5 pumps grande, 2 pumps venti)

This drink is obviously meant to taste like a Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookie. A mix of mint and chocolate, but not too sweet!

3. Banana's Foster Frappuccino.

How to achieve:

- Vanilla Bean Frappuccino

- Add a banana

- Add caramel syrup (2 pumps for grande, 3 for venti)

- Line the cup with caramel drizzle (like for a caramel macchiato)

-Top with whip cream and a caramel drizzle

This taste like your favorite Banana's Foster dessert. Vanilla, banana and caramel!

4. Caramel Snickerdoodle Macchiato.

To achieve this cinnamon, caramel delight:

- Iced Soy Caramel Macchiato, upside down

- Add Vanilla Syrup (1 pump tall, 1.5 pumps grande, 2 pumps venti)

- Add Cinnamon Dolce Syrup (1 pump tall, 1.5 pumps grande, 2 pumps venti)

This should taste like a caramel snickerdoodle with hints of vanilla!

5. The Purple Drink.

And if the Pink Drink wasn't the new "it" drink, here comes the purple drink:

- Passion Iced Tea

- Soymilk

- Blackberries

- Vanilla Syrup

Taste a lot like the pink drink, just more of blackberry taste instead of strawberries and raspberries!

Try them out, you won't be disappointed!

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
