No matter how old I am, where I am, or what I'm doing, I'll always have your back.

Life gets so hectic but some things will always be a constant. Here are a few notes to the younger siblings who mean the most to me:

1. Chocolate is only a temporary fix.

2. Please don't do drugs. Don't try them. You're better than drugs.

3. You don't have to be good with words to tell someone how much they mean to you. Do it.

4. Your happiness is your happiness and yours alone. Remember that.

5. A boyfriend or girlfriend does not validate your existence.

6. Eat that extra slice of pizza. I mean who really cares?

7. Only wear what makes you feel at ease.

8. Love this world unconditionally.

9. Seek beauty in all things.

10. Buy your friends dinner when you can.

11. Always wear sunscreen when nessesary.

12. Try with all your might to stay in touch with your friends near and far away.

13. Make the people around you feel at ease when they're talking to you.

14. Order a cheeseburger on the first date if you want it.

15. Walk with your head up. You are great. I promise.

16. Sneak into a bar.

17. Learn from your mistakes that night.

18. Don't bite your nails.

19. Dental hygiene isn't a choice. Please take care of your teeth.

20. Your GPA is not a reflection of your character or how hard you work in school.

21. You don't have to like yoga just because everyone else does.

22. Just because you break down doesn't mean your weak.

23. Drink a cup of tea from time to time.

24. Take good care of your feet.

25. Wear perfume or cologne. It's refreshing.

26. Classy is a relative term.

27. Try and do one nice thing for someone a day.

28. It makes both of you feel great.

29. Drink whiskey if you like whiskey.

30. Drink wine if you like wine.

31. Like what you like.

32. Don't explain yourself to anyone. You are who you are.

33. Advil and gatorade are the hangover cure. Not Motrin and water.

34. You are beautiful both at 3 a.m. and 3 p.m don't forget that.

35. Stay close with your cousins and nephews and stuff. They're cool. They are still your family so don't be distant.

36. Girls can be mean. Love your friends. Protect them.

37. A good cry now and again doesn't make you weak. Your friends are always good to cry with.

38. Laughing with your friends will always make you feel better. If you laugh until you cry, you'll never forget it I promise.

39. Tell me everything. I am your brother and friend and co-pilot. I won't let you down.

40. Exercise to be strong and fit. Take care of yourself. Do what makes you feel good. But do it for you and no one else.

41. There is no shame in hoping for love.

42. Mom's cooking is the best cooking and I genuinely mean that.

43. Do not take sex lightly.

44. For real.

45. You are more than capable.

46. I promise.

47. The world spins in fear. Be confident and be brave in everything you do.

48. Don't be afraid of change. It's incredibly freeing.

49. Men are idiots. And women are difficult. It's all a part of life.

50. Stick to something you like. The gym, dancing, painting. Do something for you and don't let it go.

51. Carbohydrates are not the enemy.

52. Every now and then listen to classical music. Like once every six months is good.

53. Take hot baths.

54. But don't use bath salts.

55. Don't smile if you don't mean it.

56. Mean your anger. Mean your sadness. Mean your pain. Mean it.

57. I am always, always listening. I'm like you're second dad.

58. Travel. Go places. Far away. Please do it.

59. Go to a foreign country with like $5 in your bank account. Make it work. Just do something spontaneous and have fun.

60. Make me furious.

61. Make me worry.

62. Come home smelly, tired and with a good story.

63. Your story really isn't yours.

64. You're a compilation of other stories.

65. Well-fitting and modest is always better than too tight and short.

66. Learn to bake when you're sad and I'm not there. We will never be able to bake like our other family members; that shit isn't genetic.

67. Who cares if glitter isn't tasteful? You do you.

68. If you have to ask, it's too much eyeliner. Don't do it.

69. Wash your face twice a day.

70. Be gentle on your skin. Please.

71. Science is actually really cool.

72. And so is math.

73. And history.

74. There is no substitute for fresh air.

75. Carry your weight in this world.

76. Make up for it later if you can't.

77. That salad isn't better than pasta.

78. It never will be. Face it.

79. Find three green vegetables you can tolerate.

80. A smoothie is not a meal.

81. Expect the best from everyone. You are first class. Don't be treated like coach.

82. People will let you down. It's all a part of life.

83. Bask in the summer. Lay down in the summer sun. With sunscreen on, of course.

84. There is a certain type of man or woman you need to avoid at all cost.

85. You'll know it when you meet them.

86. What other people say is right doesn't always feel right.

87. What feels right is where your happiness is.

88. Give thoughtful gifts.

89. Form an opinion.

90. Stick to it.

91. Exfoliate in moderation. Don't over do it or you'll come out looking like sandpaper.

92. Argue with people when you need to.

93. If it's worth fighting for, fight fiercely.

94. Don't fight for acceptance.

95. You shouldn't have to.

96. Take pictures but not too many.

97. Follow your bliss at all costs. Do whatever you want. Study whatever you want. But after 22, you're getting it together.

98. Call me if you need a ride. I don't care the time or distance. A DUI can ruin you and you're my world.

99. Mom will always be your biggest fan. Love her. Appreciate her.

100. Chocolate ice cream may, however, be a temporary fix.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day.
