Raising money is hard. What if someone told you to go out and raise $5,000 dollars? I know I would freak and be like “yeah, okay.” But it’s something each and every one of us do willingly and full heartedly for our organization’s philanthropy each year. And why is it that we put all of our time, energy and effort into philanthropy? Because it pays off, that’s why. I don’t care who you are, seeing all your hard work pay off is the greatest feeling in the world. Then add in the feeling of helping someone else, you basically feel like a saint at that point.
Let’s imagine that you have to raise $5,000 at some of our favorite chapter philanthropies here at Zona, do you think you can? What if you could raise the same money with a photo and two hashtags? I’d be down for that.

State Farm is choosing one lucky University of Arizona student THIS WEEK to reward their #OffCourtAssist in their community to receive a $5,000 philanthropy donation and an ESPN GameDay Prize Pack including a $250 gift card to the campus store and sweet ESPN College GameDay prizes... oh... and you get to accept the award on NATIONAL TELEVISION. No big deal #celebstatus.
How to Win:
1) Pick a photo of you participating at a philanthropy or volunteering.
2) Post on Instagram, Twitter, and/or Facebook with #OffCourtAssist #Arizona. (If your account is private be sure to make it public until noon this Saturday to make sure your entry counts!)
3) Share with your organization and post as many times as you want from NOW through this Thursday, February 19th at 9am our time.
