The NBA season is almost upon us, and this year includes no lack of intrigue. Major moves have shaken up the entire league, and who's the best team can be a tricky subject. Luckily for you, I have the definitive NBA Rankings from team 30 to 25 (24-20 next week).
30. Brooklyn Nets
C- Brook Lopez
PF- Luis Scola
SF- Bojan Bogdanovic
SG- Randy Foye
PG- Jeremy Lin
The Nets look to be in even worse shape than they were last year, in which they finished dead last in the league, without the benefit of a lottery pick. Look for them to struggle once again, and hopefully trade Brook Lopez who could be a major star on a competent team.
29. Philadelphia 76ers
Likely Starting Lineup
C- Jahlil Okafor
PF- Ben Simmons
SF- Nerlens Noel
SG- Robert Covington
PG- Jerryd Bayless
The 76ers will likely have to continue to #TrustTheProcess as their young mountainous players continue to develop and return from injury, specifically the supposed savior of the team, Simmons, who will miss the first three months.
One day I pray the Sixers will give us the impractically large Joel Embiid-Okafor-Simmons-Noel-Dario Saric lineup we deserve.
28. Los Angeles Lakers
Likely Starting Lineup
C-Brandon Ingram
PF- Julius Randle
SF- Larry Nance Jr.
SG- Jordan Clarkson
PG- D'Angelo Russell
In their first year without Kobe Bryant in 20 years, the Lakers look to develop their exciting young core. They likely will fall into the bottom of the league once again this season, but their potential is as high as anyone. Also, Yi Jialin is back because the Lakers thought he could help them. This team is insane.
27. Phoenix Suns
Likely Starting Lineup
C- Tyson Chandler
PF- P.J. Tucker
G- Devin Booker
G- Eric Bledsoe
G- Brandon Knight
The Suns offer the league one of the most intriguing backcourts, as Bledsoe, Booker and Knight all deserve starting minutes, difficult as it may be to give them. The Suns will likely try to move one of them (likely Knight) for some much needed height.
26. New Orleans Pelicans
C- Omer Asik
PF- Anthony Davis
SF- Tyreke Evans
SG- Buddy Hield
PG- Jrue Holiday
Once again, the Pelicans will likely waste a year of mega-star Anthony Davis' young career. The Pelicans are in the impossible position of being too good for the lottery, but not a real contender. At least we will get the potential offensive show the immaculate Davis and sniping of Buddy Hield.
25. Orlando Magic

C- Nikola Vucevic
PF- Aaron Gordon
SF- Serge Ibaka
SG- Evan Fournier
PG- Elfrid Payton
The Magic are a difficult team to predict this year. They have young talent as well as a couple key additions (Ibaka, Bismack Biyombo) that could make them dangerous this season.
Look for 24-20 next week.
