As you probably are aware, Pokemon Go is sweeping the nation as millions of people of all ages are going out into their communities to catch Pokemon. For people that may not understand what is the hook of this game, so let me explain in what the game actually is when playing. Pokemon Go is a app where you use a GPS to find fictional creatures known as Pokemon. When you are near, you can switch to your camera and see the Pokemon in front of you, which then you can catch the Pokemon for your collection. The game also has Pokestops where you can get free items to help you catch more Pokemon. This is a cool feature because every Pokestop can give you a little history lesson of that stop, rather that be a statue, old building or fountain. Another really cool feature with the game is the ability to take over imaginary gyms which are scattered around the area. People can battle their Pokemon to gain power over other people's gym.

So, Pokemon Go has been out for over a week now and I have played enough to give my opinion on the game. I believe that Pokemon Go is renovating people who enjoy video games. Pokemon Go is a game where you have to go outside and look for the Pokemon which prompts more exercise than a game I would play sitting down in my house. Another nice feature of this game is the amount of people playing this game. You can play this game completely free and anyone can play the game. I have been on vacation this week at the beach, and I have met about 15 people so far that I have met and can discuss playing Pokemon. I actually had conversations with strangers and we could tell each other where to find better Pokemon. The other cool feature is just the sense of nostalgia I get when playing this game. I grew up chasing Pokemon on my Gameboy and now I feel that I am seven again with this new game. I also read a new article on how local businesses have increased in sales with people coming into their restaurant looking for Pokemon then buying food in places they would not have seen before.

Now with every great new idea, bad things come out of the game. First of all, please do not Pokemon and drive. Someone has already got into a tragic car wreck due to trying to play Pokemon. Another issue that is happening is people leading people to areas where a lot of Pokemon are and then robbing anyone that comes in that area. Someone has even found a dead body while looking for a Pokemon. All I say is to use your best judgement when playing the game. The game tells you to be aware of your surroundings and if you are looking for Pokemon, bring a buddy along. Almost everyone is playing this game and someone would be more than happy to hunt with you.

I know people are claiming that this is a childish game or that we are "doomed," but I go outside, exercise, make friends and have fun when playing this game. I rather do this then just staying inside and playing the games I did before. So keep looking for Pokemon, get some exercise,\ and make some new friends!

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
