1. Cedar Point.

3. Wildwater Kingdom.

For all you waterpark lovers out there, Wildwater Kingdom is the perfect place for you to spend your summer. Located in Aurora, Ohio, this 17-acre park has everything you need to have fun with the whole family. With 15 water slides and total as well as two children's areas, there is sure to be something for everyone. Wildwater Kingdom is even home to Thunder Falls, the tallest waterslide complex in Ohio.

4.Hocking Hills State Park.

Home to Cedar Falls, Old Man's Cave and so much more, Hocking Hills is a perfect place to get away and enjoy nature this summer. With over 2,000 acres in total, Hocking Hills has numerous campsites, hiking trails and natural attractions, as well as a zipline through the park. Ever since it was established as a state park in 1924, Hocking Hills has been the perfect place for nature lovers to enjoy the beautiful scenery that Ohio has to offer.

5. Kings Island.

Located in Mason, Ohio, Kings Island has been providing fun for the whole family since its opening in 1972. The 364-acre amusement park is home to over 80 rides, shows, and attractions; and is home to 14 roller coasters. Over 3.3 million people enjoy all that Kings Island has to offer each year. I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
