About two years ago I stumbled upon this YouTube star, Cassey Ho. She created a YouTube series and website titled, Blogilates. Immediately I fell in love with her, due to her radiant personality and her ability to really keep you motivated while you workout. Her site contains various aspects of health and fitness, such as workout videos, meal plans, exercise equipment and more. You name it, she has it! This year Ho created a new program called, Piit28.
What exactly is Piit28?
For starters, Piit28 stands for Pilates Intense Interval Training and the 28 is the length of your workout. Insane right? Just 28 minutes and 40 seconds per day is the total time you will be spending working out. This is definitely for those of us who use the excuse, "I never have time to workout." Well, now you do! Ho combines the best strength training pilates and intense cardio to give you a body toner and fat burning workout.

I began my fitness journey on April 1, 2016 and I recently began my fourth month with this program. I have lost an insane amount of inches all over my body.
