Outdoor Activities And Places That Are Perfect For Summer Near And In Chester County

If you're from around Chester County you know you are always looking for something fun to do outdoors in the summer time! Being stuck inside on nice warm days shouldn't be an option. With us living in such a beautiful area there are plenty of places to go. Here is a mix of five outdoor places and events that I go to or plan on going to before summer ends! I hope this is helpful to all of you.

1.) Alapocas Run State Park

A great place to swim and hike. There's a make shift rope swing that is perfect for summer days!

2.) The Creamery

With this pop up beer garden being outdoors and having a picture perfect atmosphere, The Creamery is definitely a must for warm days!

3.) Victory BrewBQ

A Victory Brewing Company annual outdoor event that is perfect for families. With a BBQ cook-off, live music, and plenty of beer this event dated on July 30, 2016 is ideal for summer!

4.) Kilgore Falls

Located in Maryland, this waterfall in Rocks State Park is ideal for a day trip with friends. Perfect for swimming, cliff jumping, and taking pictures!

5.) Philadelphia Premium Outlets

Soak up the sun and do a little retail therapy at this outdoor outlet mall that contains AMAZING DEALS! Ideal for back to school shopping, finding anything you might need in the large variety of stores.
