Where do I begin? You have been through it all with me; the ugly cry sessions in my car at 1 in the morning, the laughing sagas where we can't breathe and our stomachs hurt, every meltdown that I've had over work and school being too demanding, and the long car rides with the windows down screaming our favorite songs at the top of our lungs. You're honestly my other half. I don't know who or what I'd be without you, and I cannot thank you enough for being in my life.
First off, I would like to say Thank You. You were there for me during my my highest high and my lowest low. You never left my side and you made sure that you were there for me when nobody else was. You listened to me cry on your front porch in the early hours of the morning with tears pouring down my face and desperation in my eyes, and you assured me that everything would be okay. You were there for me during all of the heartbreaks. You reminded me that that it wasn't my fault and told me that their loss is someone else's fantastic gain. You were there for me during my high school graduation. The day I talked about for years finally came, and I saw you cheering me on with tears in your eyes as I crossed the stage. You were there for me when I bought my first car and we drove around for hours making memories that we would soon look back on. I've almost crashed countless times with you in my passenger seat, yet you always trust me enough not to.You always have my back during the worst and best of times and I cannot thank you enough for that.
Secondly, your family is my family. I've met them all and have loved them ever since. I never knew that I would love them like my own family. I don't even knock when I walk into your house. I basically live there anyways. Your mom talks to me like I'm her son, your brother and sister treat me like we're related, and your cat never leaves my side when I visit. I've seen where you come from and I can honestly say that they really shaped you into the beautiful person you are; the one I am so incredibly thankful for.
I love your spontaneous attitude. It matches mine perfectly. I can always count on you to go somewhere with me at weird hours of the night just so I don't have to go alone. I know to call you whenever I feel like driving a few towns away so we can jump into the water gorges during the summer time. Hour long walks in the park during the fall always make me feel better and clear my head before i take on mountains of homework. You're my go-to adventurer and it is one of my favorite things about you.
Most importantly, I love your personality. Your eyes are a gateway to your soul, and from what you've shown me it is simply beautiful. Your smile can fill the most empty rooms and your laugh can bring me joy on what feels like the end of days. You always pick me up when I'm down and get the good vibes flowing. It's never a dull moment with you, and I love you so much for being yourself.
