Dear GBig,
Congratulations on all your accomplishments, from surviving four years at UD, applying to med school and so many other challenges and triumphs including graduation!

You are really an amazing inspiration! I don’t know if you are truly aware of how much I honestly look up to you, but I thought now might be a good time to help you realize your incredible influence on others. Perhaps it’s your confidence or the way you just love to have fun all the time! Your smile is completely contagious. Not a day goes by that I don’t think of you as one of the most caring people I know. Your Snapchat stories range from being hilarious to heart touching. Even on the toughest of days, you make me smile and laugh. I can be a shy person, but in the brief time we have spent together at UD, you’ve taught me to be bold, not to allow the judgement of others to bring me down, to stay true to myself and, of course, to never forget to dance my butt off! From the lip sync battles to just running into you on campus, every moment has been a blessing because I have grown more confident and learned more about myself because of you.

I remember the first time I actually sat down and just talked with you. We had just given in to the mother of all sweet tooth urges and had picked out the most gooey, candy covered, chocolate-infused donuts from Bill’s Donut Shop and I was relating one of the most embarrassing moments of my life when my skirt was stuck up under my backpack, flashing the entire campus. The only way I didn’t die of embarrassment that day was your equally mortifying counter-story shared with the intention of being a supportive hug, which it was. That time you wore that little white dress on a first date … well, don’t worry. That story stays with me, sister, but it was definitely supportive!

I have to say I don’t think I have ever seen you without a smile on your face. That’s amazing! Even when you are stressed about school or confronted with an undeniable challenge in your life, you are always laughing or smiling and it is completely contagious! Please, never stop smiling! You are your most beautiful when you smile! I will always be eternally grateful to Theta Phi for giving me the opportunity to be in your family tree! #freakfam! #cutestfam
It saddens me that you will no longer be just down the street always available to me, but I am so excited for you to start your new adventure and I wish you good luck, good fortune and so many blessings! Don’t forget to come back and say hello sometimes, ya freak! You are my sister, my friend and my role model. Thank you for every moment we had the chance to spend together. As you head off to conquer the world, you have taken a little piece of my heart with you and I carry so much of you with me as well. As you leave UD, know that it is a better place because you. And your influence challenges me to do the same when it is my time to go. Until then, if you ever need anything, you will always have your family of freaks!
Love you GBig!
Love you always,Your GLittle Phoebe
Dear Little,
Life is like dancing salsa with your future Big in recruitment. Sometimes you have to take a step backwards in order to move forwards. Keep on being the amazing person you are and making the difference that you make and you will definitely end up on the Ellen DeGeneres show! Live life with passionate persistence and never let anyone tell you that you are less than your best.
Love,
Your Big Maggie
To my GLittle,
I love how you are so dedicated to your career path, but you also take time to have fun! My favorite thing was your story about when you learned what "throwing someone under a bus" meant. You make me laugh! Good luck with your journey; I know you will do great things in life!
Love you,
Your GBig Kayla
