Naps are not only for babies, they are for every human being, especially for college students. So this one goes out to all of you professional nappers out there! We were all born to nap!

1) You don't text your friends back for hours, or sometimes forget to reply.

Your friends should know not to take it personally by now.

2) A "15 minute nap" actually turns into a 2 hour nap

Sometimes you wake up and freak out because you slept too long, and other times you tend to shrug it off and go right back to sleep.

3) There is no place you can't nap

Whether it's the floor, couch, bed, car, chair, classroom or park bench you will make it cozy and take your well deserved nap!

4) You've accidentally stood up people or class due to napping

You honestly didn't mean too, things just happen sometimes. #Oops!

5) A nap is the solution to every problem

A nap can help solve some tough problems in your life, or just procrastinate your problems. Either way you still got your nap in!

6) The hard choice between napping or socializing

Going out with the girls sounds nice but a lot of effort. However, your pillow just looks so comfortable.

7) You always manage to sleep like a baby when bedtime rolls around

That saying "if you nap now, you won't be able to fall asleep later" - yeah that doesn't apply to you at all. Right when your head hits the pillow, you are out cold!

8) You can't do homework in bed

Let's face it, that always ends very badly and you get nothing done at all, besides NAPPING.

9) When you are cranky, your friends know you haven't had your nap time

The worst is when you are cranky from not napping AND hangry. The world better watch out!

10) If there was a major in napping, you would definitely consider it

Along with minoring in snack time! But let's be real, if there was a napping major, every college student would consider it at some point in time.

11) You sit in class and count down the minutes until you can be in your bed again

Especially when you sitting in your 8:30a.m. class, and dreaming about your bed.

12) You do not know how you are going to survive the real world without your daily nap

But c'mon really? How do "normal" people go about their business and not take a daily nap.

Now that you have read this, stop thinking about napping and go do it!

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
