Making A Summer Bucket List

A good list can help you remember the things you really want to do.

Well, summer is certainly here. For some, it has been summer for a month, and for others, it has only been a day or two. Either way, summer marks the advent of fun times for most people. In order to ensure a memorable and exciting summer, I have decided to create a summer bucket list. The only rule I have for this list is that I try to accomplish as many of the items on it before I must return to school in the fall. Here’s what I have on my list for now:

1.Go to the lake

2.Have a bonfire (or seven)

3.Spend a day in Canal Park in Duluth, Minnesota

4.Go stargazing

5.Meet up with my friends from college

6.Try as many cinnamon rolls as possible from as many places as possible

7.Dance in the rain

8.Go on a road trip

9.Cook something for fun

10.Run a half-marathon

11.Make donuts

12.Try something new (like sushi)

13.Read a novel or two

14.Make a lot of money at my summer jobs

15.Spend time with my siblings

16.Go see a movie in theaters with my sister

17.Work on my green thumb

18.See the sunrise

While I’m sure there will be more to add to this list as the summer goes on, I think I’ll start with what’s on there for now. After all, you always need somewhere to start, don’t you?

Soccer, Spain and Racism

When we think of events that have transpired in the US over the last few years, a lot of it ends up in spotlighting the division in the country. However, things across the pond seem to be no better - at least when it comes to sports. The player, Vini Jr posted this example video in his Insta account:

Dating A 'Type-A' Girl

It is all worth it in the end.

Dating A 'Type-A' Girl

You have probably been asked before if you were a Type-A or Type-B personality. People who are considered to be "Type A" tend to be impatient, competitive and ambitious.
