1. Why do we yawn?
The most common reason for yawning is tiredness, but that isn't always the case. The reason we yawn is because our lungs need more air, which brings more oxygen intro our bloodstream and helps move carbon dioxide out.
2. Why do we sneeze when we stare at the sun?
This is known as autosomal dominant compulsive helio-ophthalmic outbursts of sneezing syndrome; which is reflexive sneezing induced by light. Moving from a dim light to a well lit area or sunlight triggers this reflex.
