You are beautiful no matter what you think, what you weigh, or what you look like. To put it simply, you are beautiful just how you are, and you do not need to change anything about yourself what so ever.

I know it is hard seeing those girls in magazines and how perfect they look, but let me let you in on a little secret. . . They do not look that way in real life. They look like a normal person, with a normal figure and normal skin. They are not perfect, they are flawed.

You are you, and God made you who you are. God made you Beautiful.

Stop counting the calories, stop restricting food, and please, for God's sake, throw out that scale. You do not need those things to justify your worth.

Yes, it may be hard to let go of what you feel, but in time and with prayer you can do it. You can overcome this demon that is consuming your body.

Do not let the voices in your head tell you what to do. Do not let them control your every move. Push them away, and prove to them that you are more than their pressure, that you are more than what they want you to do. Once you prove to them you are in charge, they will slowly start to disappear.

Yes, they will always be lingering in the back of your mind-- even when you're 10 years free and clear.

Do the things you love, and don't regret anything. Run a marathon just for the fun of it, or learn how to play an instrument. Go tour the country and eat everything in sight. Don't let this thing that may seem so big now, hold you back from achieving your dreams. Don't let it ruin your life. Be free from it.

The most important thing is to love yourself. Get to the point where you can look yourself in the mirror and truly tell yourself, "You are beautiful, you are the most beautiful person in the world," and remember to always be yourself despite what others may say about you.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
