Dear Reader,
It appears as if today is the last day, and you are going to give up with whatever you’re doing; you have stopped.
You are running low on gas, and one drop isn’t going to get you to where you want to be. People are telling you to stop now, and nobody is willing to help you out. You are absorbing people’s discouragement like a sponge, and you are also letting your negativity drive you. I understand that you have sweated through 12 shirts, your eyes are closing on you, and you are about to hit rock bottom. I also understand that you gave it you all, but you still haven’t gotten to where you want to be. Whatever your situation is, I want you to continue to pick yourself up and move forward. I see people fall, slip, and shatter on the ground and they have managed to succeed. It is not the easiest thing to do, but do it.
Give yourself a little push.
There is a reason why you’re doing what you are doing, and I want you to continue fighting for it. I don’t want you to look back and say “I should have, I would have, I could have” because that’s only going to make you feel worse. But before you continue, I want you to understand that your health is very important. If you are fighting for something that keeps on damaging you every hour of the day, drop it or get some help. If you are able to drop it, do it. You don’t want deal with any unnecessary stressors because you will be living in a black hole for the rest of your life.
But if you cannot drop it, seeking for help is probably the best thing you can do if it’s damaging you. Whether you’re spiritual or not, look for somebody older or wiser than you and ask them for help. It won’t be easy looking for help because you are doing it on your own, but getting some weight off of your shoulders is the best thing you can do. When a bodybuilder tries to max out on bench press, they need somebody to be spotting them in case the bar drops on them. Imagine if 500 pounds lands on somebody’s neck? Similarly, imagine what could happen if you try juggling 20 things all at once? The result could be awful. But keep on going even if it takes longer than anticipated. What happened when your mother found out she was going to have you?
She pushed through those nine months to finally give birth to you in the end.
Don’t allow bumps on the road or kicks in the stomach to stop you from going. I personally have been fighting for something that has been going on for more than six years and I continue to fight it. I overcame it once, it came back, and now I’m fighting it again. It is not easy, but in the end, something good is going to happen, and boy is it going to be the best feeling EVER. So whatever struggle you are going through, recharge if it’s necessary, and then get back up again to continue on with your fight. I want you to succeed, I want to see you smile and look back at all the times you had to stay up until 4 a.m., or all the times you couldn’t go out, or even all the times you cried yourself to sleep because you were running so low on fuel, and then laugh about them or feel proud of yourself for not dropping everything and giving up. The end comes with many rewards, and it’s up to you to decide whether you really want this or not. And one last tip, do it for yourself; don’t try to please anybody. I have learned that humans are difficult to please, they will always want more from you—like Mötley Crüe says in the song ‘Wild Side’: “Greed has been crowned the new King,” people are always going to ask for more, they are never going to be pleased. Good luck to you all out there, and remember that part of the song so you can avoid possible future problems or disappointments.
Sincerely,
------
