You're with a guy, and he's great, but you're not in love with him. He's nice to you and you know he loves you more than anything in the world. He won't break your heart. He gets along with your mom and your sibling. The list of reasons are infinite on why you should stay with him, but you don't love him.

So leave.

If there is any area of life that I would consider myself an expert in, as far as experience, it would be getting into relationships with someone because they're nice.

Don't get me wrong, kind is a quality that should be sought after, but it shouldn't be the only quality. Life is too short to stay with someone you don't love.

If you're reading this article, chances are you're just looking for answers or a way out. Trust me, I know because I've been there. So, let me give you the reasons you're looking for.

You're doing him a disservice by staying with him. I'm a strong believer that everyone has a person made for them. By staying with him when you know that you don't love him or see a future with him, you're hurting him, rather than helping him.

You're doing yourself a disservice by staying with him. Don't you want a relationship that gives you butterflies? Don't you want to be so in love with someone that you can't see yourself without them? You won't get that from him. You'll also be missing out on a love you could have.

You're lying to yourself. Sure, he's nice. Sure, he's got a good job and likes your friends. Those are reasons, not feelings. He looks good on paper. He looks good on your arm. Your mom likes him. If you're convincing yourself to stay with him because of reasons, you're already losing. You should stay with him because you love him, and if you don't, you have to leave.

A person can be great, but that doesn't mean they are for you.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
