"E! News" has confirmed that Khloe Kardashian and NBA star, Lamar Odom, have called off their divorce.
Odom was rushed to Sunrise Hospital in Los Vegas on October 13, when he was found unconscious in a legal Nevada brothel. Odom suffered a drug overdose and was unconscious for several days. Kardashian was the first person Odom saw when he finally woke on the 17th.
After several days of recovery, Odom is being transferred to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles for extended recovery time. Khloe continues to stay by her husband's side.
Odom and Kardashian filed for divorce in July of 2013, but the case had yet to be legalized, leaving the two legally married during his time in the hospital, and leaving Kardashian with all of the medical decisions while Odom was unconscious.
A representative for Kardashian has confirmed that the divorce papers previously filed in 2013 are being withdrawn for the time being.
Kardashian has also announced that she will be canceling her upcoming book tour for her book "Strong Looks Better Naked" due out November 3, to support her husband during his time of recovery.
Despite being in a recovery unit, Odom still has a long road ahead of him before he becomes healthy.
