If The Disney Princesses Were In High School

Ever wonder how these girls would act being part of our world?

If The Disney Princesses Were In High School

Disney princesses might be stuck in an on-screen fairytale, but their personalities, work ethic, and overall attitude mirror the traits of a teenage girl. Each of these crown-wearing beauties may just be disguised as one of us when we were in high school, so let's see if you believe me.

Ariel

Ariel would be the girl who would always wants to be like someone else. From the outside looking in, she was desperate to be “a part of their world”. She constantly changed her appearance, outfits, and maybe even body parts, to fit in. It took her finding a BF to realize that she can just be herself.

Jasmine

Jasmine always wore questionable outfits in the halls, but she looked so good that no one would dare to question it. She rocked the crop top and funky pant look constantly, with anklets and bangles to tie the look together. She always dated the guys you wouldn’t expect for her taste, but the ‘street rats’ were always pretty good looking.

Cinderella

Cinderella is the girl who could never go out, because her mom left a list of things for her to get done right before. She would always try to sneak out, but her sisters would always show her Snapchat stories as evidence and she’d be busted.

Mulan

She was ‘one of the guys’ and everyone knew it. You’d catch her making plans to play ball after school before you caught her dead gossiping over Starbucks. And of course, one of her guy friends had a giant crush on her who couldn’t possibly tell her (friend zone situation for sure).

Rapunzel

The girl who you’d catch in the mirror all hours of the day. She’d take at least 2 hours a day to straighten her hair for school, and she’d always be late for class as a result. She instagrams a #GoodHairDay selfie practically daily.

Anna

She is the girl with the super popular older sister, that everyone in the school knew. She was always referred to as “Elsa’s sister” and she couldn’t wait to start college far far away from Elsa’s high school “kingdom”.

Elsa

The Regina George, queen bee. Everyone wanted to be her. It was like she had some sort of 'powers' over everyone, and they were all secretly afraid of her wrath.

Belle

All-American sweetheart. All the guys wanted her, but they wanted to date her. Charity work, honor society student, and prom queen. She was known for dating a charity case, but they were so in love and in their own world that it didn’t matter to anyone else.

Tiana

She was ALWAYS working, but the school loved going to visit her. Her tip jar was always decorated cute so everyone would know how bad she wanted a business. Quite the goal-setter, and she was Most Likely To Be Successful in the yearbook (obviously).

Aurora

This is the gal that would snooze her alarm 20 times and roll out of bed to get to class. The only way she would make it to any important event would be if her boyfriend showed up and kissed her. Is it just me or is that a smooth tactic she has going on there?

After really considering the personalities of these ladies, I'm starting to think that there is a little bit of Disney princess in everyone lurking around high school halls. Wouldn't you agree?

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
