There was just something really special about the Love and Passion I felt when I had my first Ag Class as a Freshman and that passion has grown in me for years Even before I knew what FFA Was I knew I could make a difference and An Impact on FFA Members lives across the State and Nation. But I never dreamed about Becoming an Ag Teacher until the first time I made a difference in an FFA Members life , Sometimes they don't even need to tell you that you made a difference in their lives , Sometimes you can just fell it in your Heart or by the smile they Show right after you Just talked to them about Agriculture or FFA or maybe you just gave them a little bit of a push to go for everything they ever Dreamed of and that one push changed their life and maybe even gave them a little bit of inspiration to go all out and inspire others to dream more .

You can overcome whatever is going on around you if you believe in the light that lives within you. People are like stained – glass windows. They sparkle and shine when the sun is out, but when the darkness sets in, their true beauty is revealed only if there is a light from within. We are told to let our light shine, and if it does, we won’t need to tell anybody it does. Lighthouses don’t fire cannons to call attention to their shining – they just shine. Ultimately, leadership is not about glorious crowning acts. It’s about keeping your team focused on a goal and motivated to do their best to achieve it, especially when the stakes are high and the consequences really matter. It is about laying the groundwork for others’ success, and then standing back and letting them shine. Now Shining greatness isn’t always the easiest thing in the World to do with trying to be Humble at the same time. “It’s hard to be humble,” says an old country song, “when you’re perfect in every way.” Of course, few people actually think they’re perfect in every way. But it can still be pretty hard to be humble, especially if you live in a society that encourages competition and individuality. First we have got to Accept our Limits

No matter how talented you are, there is almost always somebody who can do something better than you. Look to those who are better and consider the potential for improvement. Nobody is the best atsomething.Even if you are ‘the best’ in the world at doing one thing, there are always other things that you cannot do, and may never be able to do Recognizing your limitations does not mean abandoning your dreams, and it does not mean giving up on learning new things or improving your existing abilities. It simply means acknowledging that, as human beings, none of us are perfect and none of us can do everything by ourselves. Always remember that with a bad choice yesterday, your whole life could be different today and, furthermore, that today could be the day your good choices change your life. Though you have undoubtedly worked hard for what you have, you could not have done it all without other people’s support.

Our souls do not become aged or broken it is strong, and remains so, until we leave this world, and it will live on eternally in the next. These Quotes that I made up couldn’t have rang any Truer that night . our Journey Started at about 5:00 even though we were like a minute late that’s not the Point the point is on our Journey to the Small Town of Prichett Colorado we made memories that will last a lifetime, We Sang Laughed and Talked about Just about anything and everything. Once We arrived in this little Town That’s when I wasn’t sure what to Expect or even think because It was definitely different walking those halls without an FFA Jacket on my shoulders to be Honest Sitting in those wooden Chairs a few Rows up from the Judges With a Few Ag Teachers Behind us Is when the Memories Started Coming back to me from my Freshman year in The Springfield FFA Chapter Because On that Stage where these 14 freshman would be reciting The FFA Creed By E.M Tiffany is where I Sat and Competed in my Very First FFA CDE Event as a very Nervous Little Freshman With That Sometimes Crazy Curly Hair.with that Same Thought that I Didn’t Do Good Enough to even place but it wasnt my fault that our team didn’t win because I was having fun and was Enjoying the moment in time. I was Doing the best I could possibly could using every once of Determantion that I had in my Soul at that moment in time. But I fell Short of a goal that I had set for myself. Yes I was upset with myself because they didn’t believe that I knew the answer to the last question that would determine if we moved on or not.
I guess you can say that I didn’t take it lightly but once we got home I used that little down fall as determantion to always do the best that I could even I Fell short of a goal or a dream.

Here is my definition of a dream : a dream is an inspiring picture of the future that energizes your mind, will, and emotions, empowering you to do everything you can to achieve it.
But before you can start going you have to plant your own Seed and Allow it to Grow into a Beautiful plant while you are on your Journey not only in the National FFA Organization But in Everyday life as well.

The one thing I can tell you about my resistance to change is that it feels like surrendering to a lack of control. It’s very similar to letting go in many ways, which I feel goes hand in hand with a resistance to change.
Many people often want to cling to the past, even if it’s lonely and makes us cry, because it feels more comfortable than doing the thing that scares us so much: letting go and embracing the change that enters our lives.
This hasn’t been easy. As I write this it’s something I struggle with. There are good days and very bad days. And that feeling of giving up on a past that I held so dearly feels like surrendering to failure. But I’ve learned to deal with it by doing one very simple thing: I plant seeds.
What is planting a seed? It’s the simple act of setting something into motion that will help you create the life you want to lead. It’s taking a moment of sorrow and realizing that you can use it to fuel you.
And even though planting a whole garden can seem daunting and full of anxiety in itself, all you have to do is start by planting one seed. And keep adding another one here and there. Take care of those seeds, and before you know it, a little leafy green thing will greet you one day.Not many of you should become teachers,my fellow believers, because you know that we who teach will be judged more strictly. I can say is that Colorado FFA Has been Beyond Blessed with some of the wisest and greatest Ag teachers 3 years ago is Truly When I Found my purpose in the Agriculture Industry. One day a Year ago Exactly this Day Was The Start of a long Turning point The thought of being a Ag Teacher and FFA Advisor Wouldn’t have crossed my mind if it wasn’t for the opportunity to learn from some of the best Ag Teachers out there.. Thank you Colorado Ag Teachers and Ag Teachers Everywhere for Contributing to your Students Successes and Helping Them Achieve Their Goals. Without People Who Teach Us about the Agriculture Industry We would be lost without you in our lives Because of you guys and E. M. Tiffany We wouldn’t be able to say these words that mean so much to FFA Members across the state and nation “I believe in the future of agriculture, with a faith born not of words but of deeds – achievements won by the present and past generations of agriculturists; in the promise of better days through better ways, even as the better things we now enjoy have come to us from the struggles of former years.

I believe that to live and work on a good farm, or to be engaged in other agricultural pursuits, is pleasant as well as challenging; for I know the joys and discomforts of agricultural life and hold an inborn fondness for those associations which, even in hours of discouragement, I cannot deny.

There are no what ifs in life if you truly open your eyes you will see that saying, "What if I did this", "What if I did better maybe I would do better than the others." There is no doing better than the others or what if I win. Yes doing amazing is so awesome, but bragging about those few things will bring others down so say Why Not or Why Yes instead of being a downer or upset yourself. There is little life in giving up or giving in so never lose hope in yourself.

I can't believe that I Will be applying for my American FFA Degree in the Next Few Months as well as making another Run for a State FFA office. I Couldn't imagine not Being apart of Our Legacy. Because no one else will do Just What You Did and What you will Do for The Future of Agriculture Education... It's hard to believe that I'm on my way to a higher level of leadership through the National FFA Organization. I Will never be able to even begin to describe how much this Chapter means to me we maybe Small but We Sure do know how to encourage each other and give Everything We have got even when we fall short of a goal.

Every great dream begins with a dreamer. Always remember, you have within you the strength, the patience, and the passion to reach for the stars to change the world. stars seem unatainable to the naked eye but because of education and perseverance we are able to see past the unatiable stars so that those unatiable stars become attainable.

Believers in humble circumstances ought to take pride in their high position. But the rich should take pride in their humiliation—since they will pass away like a wild flower. For the sun rises with scorching heat and withers the plant; its blossom falls and its beauty is destroyed. In the same way, the rich will fade away even while they go about their business.

Blessed is the one who perseveres under trial because, having stood the test, that person will receive the crown of life that the Lord has promised to those who love him.
