Health and fitness, these are two of the biggest topics it seems in our daily lives (besides Trump’s shenanigans). Starting your fitness journey is probably one of the hardest things to do. You have to figure out your goals, find a gym or workout spot, and figure out how to work out. There’s millions of workout cheat sheets with plans that claim to transform your body in 30 days or less with just five workouts, which we all know is bogus. And once you find your gym you have to get your butt to and from it all the time and that can be a real hassle for many. But what if I were to tell you about a program that really works. A program that connects you with a live trainer, gives you amazing workouts to get you in the best shape of your life, and you wouldn’t even have to leave your home. It’s called Live Fitness Hub and it has changed the workout game forever.


So, here’s the run down. Live Fitness Hub has 7 different types of workout programs for you to choose from. They range from using just your body to incorporating weights and mix in strength training, core, and cardio. Monday through Friday they assign one type of workout to each day and almost every hour ranging from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. they have workout times for you to select from. You will literally never be bored or feel stuck in a workout. Not to mention the coaches are there to help you every step of the way. They not only push you to be your best but can tell when you’re straining and encourage you to give your body a rest whenever you need it.


This program is amazing as you can take it to your gym and find a quiet space like I do, you can use it wherever in your home, or take it on the go when you’re traveling. I have been working out for a year and consider myself pretty healthy, yet this program does challenge me to work hard and definitely has upped my fitness performance. My mom does it and she is 50! But still going strong mom! No matter what level you are at, your coaches will work to get you to your goals by giving you that extra motivation to push through a hard set and telling you to rest when its needed. Even though the videos have set workouts, your trainers will change them up for you to make them tailored to your level and give you the best experience possible. Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine.
