Spring break, one the most anticipated breaks in the whole academic year. Hopefully your traveling somewhere warm, and if this is true for you then it’s time to get in shape and hit the gym. No one wants to get on the beach and be in a bathing suit if you don’t feel good. So here are some tips to help you kick start you into your spring break best.

Start with what you eat. Cut out stuff that you don’t need. Think about eliminating sodas, or sweet foods or carbs if you’re really ambitious. Doing these little things will make a substantial difference. It will take a lot of willpower but the results will be worth it. You would be surprised how much it will do for you when you cut out something that’s not good for you. When you cut out something bad you end up eating a lot more of other things mostly other healthy things.


In addition to eating well, going to the gym is going to be a crucial part of your efforts. When you work out it speeds up the weight loss process. Eating well is important but it has to be combined with a regular workout routine. Exercises that well get your heart rate going such as running, biking, elliptical are going to help burn fat faster. Also even though cardio is going to be good for weight loss, when looking to tone especially for that bikini, doing ab workouts are going to be essential to help flatten and define your abs. Lifting weights are also going to be help you tone your body. Making a small amount of time in your day to work out will provide you with amazing long term results. 

Doing these small things will help bring you one step closer to that spring break body that you want. We always think that we have nothing but time however, these trips always sneak up on us way faster than we ever thought.But these small minor changes will make a huge difference and the results will be stunning!
