My Favorite Lady Gaga Songs of All Time

In the wake of her recent release of Stupid Love, I provide to you a list of what I think are her best songs of all time.

My Favorite Lady Gaga Songs of All Time

Listed below, in no particular order, are some of my favorites for their own merit.

"Shallow" 2018

This song will always have a special place in my heart. I cried when I first heard this song. I loved the movie, and just everything about it! "A Star is Born" really offered a true glimpse of what Lady Gaga really was capable of artistically speaking. Bradley Cooper, although his part in the song appears needed, is not all that necessary. Shallow will always be on the top of my list!

"Born This Way" 2011

"Born This Way" is at the top of my list due to the fact I have related so hard to this song. From my coming out experience to even living life as it is now, I get emotional. The song is all about living your life and being happy, and no one should be able to change it. Such a simple message but outstanding artistry.

"Million Reasons" 2016

You don't even have to give me a million reasons to like this song. It's so simplistic and the message is powerful. More often than not, we find ourselves loving someone even though they hurt us. It's hard to let that go, and this is like a band-aid for that wound.

"Speechless" 2009

I like this song a lot because I feel like it proved Lady Gaga had potential beyond just that normal "Today's Hits" artist. This song, although it has mixed reviews from critics, it has such a powerful message. She literally wrote the song to plea her father to undergo open heart surgery. It feels so sincere.

"Bad Romance" 2009

It was this song that got me hooked on her as an artist. "Bad Romance", in my opinion, helped catapult her to be seen as such a potent force to be reckoned with in the music industry. She became an international superstar and I'm sure she looks back at this song very positively.
