Cooking is a great art. At the time of dating, if you want to impress your boyfriend by the magic of your hand, you can offer him few simple recipes. As we all know that the way to the heart is the way to the stomach, you can try to enthuse your boyfriend by the culinary art. At first, you have to assess your boyfriend's attitude and you have to know what he would like to take. Considering your and his taste, you can try the recipes to add a flavor to your relationship. Now we will canvass few delicious recipes through which you can win the heart of your boyfriend.


1) Spicy Potatoes:

Ingredients: 3/4 large potatoes, cumin powder 1/2 tsp, coriander powder 1/2 tsp., lemon juice, pepper, cilantro or coriander leaves, celtic sea salt, Chat masala.

Directions: At first take the potatoes at least for 20 minutes and after the boiling drain the water. Then peel the potatoes. When it will be cool, you have to cut the potatoes into ¼ inch slices. Then you have to add cumin and coriander powder. As per both of your taste, you will combine pepper and celtic sea salt. Sprinkle the chat masala over the potatoes. Squeeze the lemons and spread the lime juice over the potatoes. Now your spicy potato is ready. At the time of serving it on a plate, you will garnish it with cilantro or coriander leaves.


2) Mango Chutney:

Ingredients: 2/3 green mangoes, celtic sea salt, granulated sugar, cumin seeds ½ tsp, ginger powder 1tsp, black pepper, apple cider vinegar, fried and crushed spices (coriander seeds, cumin seeds, red chilli, menthi, fennel seeds).

Directions: At first, peel the mangoes and cut the mangoes into small pieces. Keep the mango slices in a dish made of glass and rub the mangoes with Celtic Sea Salt. Place the dish in the sun at least for 4 hours. In a saucepan, pour ½ cup of water and keep it in low flame and add granulated sugar. Wait until the sugar dissolves into the water. Then start to add the salted mango slices, cumin seeds, ginger powder, black pepper. Keep it in medium heat and wait until the mixture gets thick. Leave it to get boiled atleast for 2o minutes. Add ¼ cup of apple cider vinegar and mix it slowly. When the vinegar will be absorbed, then as per taste add some more vinegar. Leave it for cooling. Then add friend and crushed spices. It will enhance the taste and flavour of the chutney and store it in a container.


3) Capsicum Pakoda:

Ingredients: 2/3 Capsicum, 3/ 4 green chilies, Black cumin seeds, poppy seeds, flour, corn flour, baking soda, turmeric powder, salt, chili powder, Coriander leaves, white oil.

Directions: At first cut the capsicum into small square pieces. Carefully remove the seeds of capsicum. After that pour some water in a saucepan and wait until the water gets boiled. Add the capsicum slices into the boiled water. Just after 10 minutes, drain the water and keep separate the capsicum slices in a dish and keep it to cool. Cut the green chilies into very small pieces. In a bowl, make a batter of flour and corn flour by mixing water. Add black cumin seeds, poppy seeds, chili powder, turmeric powder. Add salt as per your taste. In that batter, mix the capsicum pieces. In a fry pan, pour some white oil. After getting the oil heated, put round shaped batter of pakoda separately one by one. Keep it in low flame and after frying of one side put another side of the pakoda in the fry pan. Likewise, you can fry the whole batter of the pakoda and can serve with chopped coriander leaves in a plate.


4) Paneer Bread Roll:

Ingredients: Paneer 200 grams., 2 potatoes, green chili, coriander leaves, curry leaves, cumin powder, coriander powder, chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, sugar, ginger, 4/5 slices of bread, refined oil.

Directions: Cut the paneer into small rectangular pieces. Then mix turmeric powder and salt to all pieces of paneer. Pour some refined pan, oil into fry pan. Fry the paneer until it gets reddish colour. Keep the paneer fry in a separate bowl. Now in the fry pan, add chopped green chilli and ginger.fry it well and then add chopped potatoes. Mix it properly. When the potatoes will start to take reddish colour, then add some salt, sugar, cumin powder, coriander powder, chili powder and turmeric powder. Fry it properly. Mix curry leaves and coriander leaves in the mixture. At last, add the fried paneer and cook it gently. Take the slices of bread. Cut the hard four sides of each of the bread. Then rinse the soft portion of bread and squeeze out the water. Keep the vegetable dough inside each and every slice of bread and make a roll in a way that vegetable dough cannot come outside. When all the rolls will be ready, then heat the oil and place the roll in the hot oil. When the outside of the roll will be friend enough, then you can serve it in dish.


5) Chicken Soup:

Ingredients: 250 grams boneless Chicken, 1 carrot, celery, garlic, onion, bay leaves, salt, pepper, olive oil, Vinegar.

Directions: You can use programmable slow cooker to cook the chicken soup. First rinse the chicken properly. Then keep the chicken in a bowl and mix some vinegar. Keep it for 10/15 minutes. After that in a slow cooker bowl, add garlic, onion, celery, carrots, bay leaves. Then combine salt and pepper as per your taste buds. Keep the chicken pieces on the top of the vegetable and sprinkle some olive oil over the whole ingredients. Cover the slow cooker with the lids and cook it as per the direction of the manufacturer. It may be for 8 to 10 hours or for 4 to 5 hours. When it is cooked, you can serve it in a bowl and can bring a smile at the face of your boyfriend.
