Donald Trump, Presidential or Offensive

Donald Trump could be considered either presidential or offensive to many.

I mean you are probably thinking, why do we need to read another article about Donald J Trump? Why do we even need this? We hear about him over and over again through media. Well we have been witnessing from this presidential candidate spreading hate, being sexist, and ignorant; ever since he announced his candidacy for president of the United States of America. He went on to say "When Mexico sends its people they're not sending their best. They're bringing drugs. They're bringing crime. They're rapist. And some I assume are good people" and “If I were running ‘The View’, I’d fire Rosie O’Donnell. I mean, I’d look at her right in that fat, ugly face of hers, I’d say ‘Rosie, you’re fired." and recently tapes came out of him saying "“I moved on her like a bitch, but I couldn’t get there. And she was married. Then all of a sudden I see her, she’s now got the big phony tits and everything. She’s totally changed her look.”, also “I’ve got to use some Tic Tacs, just in case I start kissing her, You know I’m automatically attracted to beautiful — I just start kissing them. It’s like a magnet. Just kiss. I don’t even wait. And when you’re a star, they let you do it,” Trump says. “You can do anything". Then the man who was apparently, Billy Bush, talking to about these things said this “Whatever you want,” then Donald responded by saying this “Grab them by the p---y". This in my opinion is something I find offensive, not just as a women, but as a Latina living in the U.S. and him standing in front of so many people and saying this on TV I find this very offensive. I know people are tired of others bringing this subject up, especially Donald Trump supporters, they think that he is right about all of this and everything he says. Now I understand many people think that illegal immigrants are the cause of all this crime, and they have a right to think that. But people have to understand that he can not categorize an entire race because at the beginning he would say that Mexicans are the cause of all of this and that is not right.

Then he went on to say offensive sayings against women. Even the last presidential debate to sum it up he said that no one else supports women like he does and then went on to say when Hillary was talking he said "Nasty woman". What kind of person says that they respect women and then goes on to disrespect a woman. Now I am not a Hillary supporter, but this man has been saying derogatory and offensive things toward not just an ethnicity, but women in general. Now he can not just say these things without consequence and he feels like there is no consequence, so he keeps on saying these things. What kind of message are we sending to the american people and other countries if this is the GOP candidate for the office? What does this say about us as a country? Are we really not learning from history? Because as we have seen history shows us what happens when you scapegoat and the worst part isn't that its just him the worst part is that half of the U.S. is supporting him. All I have to say is you make your opinion about wether he is offensive or presidential. You Decide.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
