The smallest reminder in the morning can change your entire outlook on the day. One small pep talk when you wake up will pump confidence throughout your veins. There are a few things we don't tell ourselves enough, but we don't know how vital it is to hear these things. You are not only your own biggest enemy, but also your own best friend.
So get out of bed and make yourself a nice breakfast. Brew yourself a hot cup of coffee and cuddle up with a soft blanket. Before you walk out the door look yourself in the mirror and smile. Repeat these things:
You are beautiful.
You are worth it.
You can do this.
This too shall pass.
Everything will be okay.
Something great is about to happen.
