The Seminoles have had a very eventful couple of weeks, mostly stemming from the Clemson game that shook the very soul of every Florida State fan. The game itself had all the necessary parts of a highly touted documentary. Whatever side you're on though, the Seminoles prevailed and took home the "W"! 

Next, we prepared ourselves for the game against NC State and the only difference between this game and last game is that we had our general, our captain, Jameis Winston back at the helm. 

If you were anything like me, you had the notion that the Seminoles would have a easy blowout win, but NC State put on it's best Rocky Balboa impression and came out of the first quarter swinging, which was tough on our defense! It took them only thirty seconds to score and quickly, the score was a whopping 24-7 Wolfpack lead at the end of the first! However, our Noles never stopped pushing; as always we counterattacked by scoring a few points of our own. 

Thanks to the hands of Rashad Greene, Jesus "Bobo" Wilson and the "don't quit" mentality of the team as a whole, FSU survived another battle tested week as the number one team in the AP poll. But the road is long, and the challenges will only continue to get tougher.

Our next game coming up is during Parents Weekend against the Wake Forest Demon Deacons. I'm sure now everybody knows not to judge a book by its cover after the incidents with Clemson and NC State - anything is possible! However, I don't think that means that we will lose. 

We have the culture of a championship team and although we may struggle with certain games, we still find a way to continue to compete. The football team will win against Wake Forest and will make the necessary changes and adjustments so the Noles can be just as dominate as they were last year. In the wake of Wake Forest, (see what I did there?) the Seminoles have to be physically as well as mentally prepared for the long and trying season ahead of them. 

There are always many teams trying to take down the best and the team has to be ready if we want to win back-to-back championships.
