Christmas Day According to Elf

The best way to spread Christmas Cheer is singing loud for all to hear.

If your family is anything like mine on Christmas day then it's one loud, chaotic day that you for some reason look forward to each year. I mean, it is the most wonderful time of the year. There's no better way to show how you feel on the greatest day using the greatest Christmas movie:

1. Waking up on Christmas Day and seeing the presents under the tree

2. When you open the present that you were hoping you'd get

3. When your mom tells you to clean up the around house and start getting ready for people to come over

4. When you're starving but have to wait for everyone to arrive before you can eat

5. When that one family member shows up that you were hoping wouldn't

6. How it feels when that one grandparent goes to hug you that swears they haven't seen you in months

7. When you finally get to eat

8. Listening to stories your family members are telling and thinking

9. When you get asked about school, life, and your future plans and you're trying to act like you have it all figured out

10. When your other family members from out of town start calling to wish you a Merry Christmas

11. When you told yourself you weren't going to eat that much but realize you're 4 plates deep and have yet to eat dessert

12. Sneaking off to your room to take a nap and hoping no one will ask you to stay and talk to them

13. When you realize Christmas is coming to an end
