Yeah, everyone loves writing about their best friend, but there is something to be said for your other friendships. Just because they don't have the title of "best" in front of them doesn't mean their friendship isn't still an incredible addition to your life! Sometimes, the things you don't have in common can drive a wedge between you, but you always get past it.

They're not going to shy away from telling you something that you don't want to hear, but they're always respectful about it.

No matter what, a quick conversation can brighten up your day.
9. If they are dating someone, you keep a close eye
You have to make sure they are being treated right, so you're always lurking.
10. They'll call you out if you do something wrong
Just because they're your friend doesn't mean they support EVERYTHING you do. They'll definitely call you out if you have messed up.
