The amount of pressure on girls and women to remain a certain size has become a huge issue in our society today. Now women feel like they must remain skinny and eat salads. Supermodels and celebrities create a false sense that women are only beautiful if they are thin. This pressure is so harmful to a woman's confidence and level of self worth. Women will even go to drastic measures to get to that goal size. But starving yourself is not the answer to losing weight. Losing key nutrients to avoid calories is so detrimental to your health. But the supermodels starve themselves so why don't we? Because we aren't them. Go eat a cheeseburger, fries and a shake. Keep senselessly eating chips and salsa at the Mexican restaurant. Food makes everyone happy!
You're loved. No matter what size you are, there is someone that loves you. Don't change yourself to fill someone else's standard. You are the best you can be.
