Life can be a really hard road to travel. So many things go wrong everyday. Maybe you were passed up for a promotion that you really deserved. Or perhaps you bombed a test that you studied for all night. You'll probably have many days that you will swear is the worst in your life. But even on those really awful days, there are always little pleasures that sneak through the gloom and can make anything better.
The problem is, these little moments often go unnoticed, as we are too inclined to notice the negative. These negative moments seem huge. But when you add up all of the happy, little things, they almost always outnumber those few bad moments.
Maybe someone held a door for you in the morning. You could have gotten a great parking spot. There are tons of moments like these that are present in your everyday life. Once you start searching for these, your days will be better, your attitude will be better, and, over time,your entire outlook on life could turn brighter.
