1. You don't owe anyone an explanation for taking care of yourself.

2. Just because you took longer than others doesn't mean you failed.

4.You are capable of so much more and you will be if you start working toward things that will make your life a little better. Slowly bit by bit, you will find yourself being so much more than you were in the past.

5. Music can make you feel things that no person could ever cause.

6.The only time a friend should make you cry is because you're so overwhelmed with how greatly they appreciate you.

7. Others can only give you words and things; only you can give yourself feelings.

8.Not every friendship with a boy is going to turn out romantic. It's okay to have platonic ones relationships.

9. You are growing and changing every second. You are not the same person you were five minutes ago. Embrace the growth and change the world.

10. It's okay to eliminate toxic things and toxic people. You are too important to hold onto things that don't help you improve.

11. Never, never leave a friend for a stupid boy who won't remember your name in three months.

12. Just because you don't like them, doesn't mean everyone else will too.

13. Don't get mad at someone for not understanding how you feel, when you don't tell them how you feel.

14. You cannot control what people will say to you, but you can control how you react to them.

16. Always keep your head up high. No matter how bad your hair looks. No matter if you're wearing dirty sweatpants. Hold your head up as if you are the hottest person in town. Because you are.

17. Don't be realistic. Be passionate. Be unpredictable. Be beautiful. Be courageous. Be excitable. Be yourself. Just please be anything but realistic.

18. Please, please, please never put your everything into another human being because it will not be good for either of you.

19. Never be ashamed of past decisions and past relationships and past experiences, because what makes you upset now, once made you happy.

20. You are so much more than just pretty. You were not made to be pretty. You were made to decorate the earth with your soul and scream your name at the top of your lungs until there is no way that they can forget about you. So, don't let anyone simplify you to just pretty.

21. Often, people are temporary. Accept it. It hurts, and i's unfair, but sometimes friendships end or people leave. Treasure every moment you have with someone rather than being afraid it could end.

22. Some days will suck and it's okay. Find peace in the days you're feeling sad, find peace in being bored. Without having bad days, good days wouldn't be as good.

23. Don't let anyone determine who you are. Only you decide which way you're going, only you decide what you wear, and only you decide you want to be like. Don't let anyone take that right away from you.

24. Change is inevitable. No matter if it's positive or negative, change is one of the few things you can always rely on. don't fear it, but feel reassured: you won't live the same life all along.

25. Sometimes, it's okay if the only thing you did today was breathe.

26. Don't keep telling yourself you'll "do it tomorrow". Now is now and who knows what happens tomorrow.

27. Grow. Never stop working on yourself, on the things you're passionate about, or on your future. Grow into the person you want to become- even if you're not sure who that is.

86. You have this one life. How do you wanna spend it? Apologizing? Regretting? Questioning? Hating yourself? Dieting? Running after people who don't see you? Be brave. Believe in yourself. Do what feels good. Take risks. You have this one life. Make yourself proud.

87. Sometimes, you don't need a reason for doing everything in your life. Do it because you want to. Because it's fun. Because it makes you happy.

88. Never make fun of someone's passion because that's the thing that saves them from the world.
