We've all been there; the moment that life gets to be too much and you just need an escape. Well, here are some of the best remedies for your days of stress...

1. Go splurge on candles at Bath & Body Works

Warning: deciding which one to light first once you get home will be almost impossible!

2. Go for a long drive without the GPS.

Just roll the windows down, crank up the music and drive until all your cares melt away!

3. Mindlessly watch reality TV.


If you think your life is stressful, just wait until you hear all the drama in the lives of these TV stars.

4. Bake some oatmeal chocolate chip cookies.

Just wait until you have the wonderful aroma of cookies sweeping through your house. It will make you de-stressed in no time!

5. Have a dance party of one.

Turn the lights down, turn the music up, and dance your heart out because why not?

6. Go to a dog park

Whether you take your own dog or go without one, the dog park is sure to bring an immense about of joy to your day!

7. Take a bubble bath

If you have just hit your stress limit, you can always resort to a nice long bubble bath to wash your worries away!

8. Tackle whatever is stressing you out head on

Ultimately, the best option is to address what is making you stressed and deal with the issue before it gets out of hand!
