1. The Grand Ole Opry
The Grand Ole Opry IS the show that made country music famous, so it is definitely a must see. Whether you’re just visiting it for a tour or for one of their live shows, you can’t go wrong with a visit there
2. Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum
This is the perfect place to see the history and traditions of your favorite country artists. This is definitely not your typical museum.
3. The Parthenon
The Parthenon, located in Centennial Park, is a full size replica of the original Parthenon in Athens. Perfect photo op, if you ask me.
4. Tom + Chee
Okay, so this one isn't THAT great, but it is a grilled cheese lover's dream. These restaurants feature one of a kind grilled cheese masterpieces, or they let you create your own. They were on Shark Tank back in 2013 and made a deal with Mark and Barbara who helped to make it take off around the country, and Nashville is lucky enough to have one of their own.
5. The Ryman Auditorium
This is yet another famous venue located in the heart of Nashville. Catching a show here guarantees a great night out.
6. The Blue Bird Cafe
If you’re a Taylor Swift fan, this one is for you. The Blue Bird is where Tay got discovered. If you want to catch a show and grab a bite, make sure you make reservations at least one week in advance.
7. Broadway
No, not broadway in NYC, but still pretty cool. This is the place to eat, shop, and enjoy the most tourist-y atmosphere that nashville has to offer.
