New Year, New Me; not a new concept. Year after year we hear people say that the next year is the year that they will not only survive, but they will thrive. Some people throw themselves into a gym and stop going as often after a week, while others throw themselves into their work too quick and burn themselves out. I am absolutely not saying that you should completely throw out the idea of a few New Year's resolutions, I am saying to make ones that you can stick to for that year and the years to follow. Don't make them too dramatic; those can be harder to stick to for the long run. Don't underestimate yourself either, however. Set attainable and realistic goals this year to ensure that this year, you can be a newer and better you. Here are 30 suggestions I have seen and have heard of to help make your resolutions last longer than in previous years.

2. Ditch the multiple soda's a day and try to replace some with tea.
