Sometimes life can be a little rough on you. It knocks you down and you often struggle to pull yourself back up, but that's okay. It's tough; trust me, I know. 3. Don't be so hard on yourself. Stop trying to impress everyone on else. Focus on you.
4. Stop worrying about what everybody else is doing.
5. Get active! Physical activities are very important, ya know?
6. Don't stress about things that you have no control over.
7. Complaining. Just shut up. Don't do it. Think of it this way; complaining is like a plague.
8. Don't dwell on the past. The past is the past. Live in the moment and focus on a brighter, more radiant future.
9. Do something that makes you smile everyday. It will help you so much, I promise.
10. Talk about your feelings. You suffocate yourself when you bottle everything in. It helps to talk, trust me.
11. Treat yourself every once in a while. Splurge. You've been eyeing that purse? Go for it. It's okay.
