13 Unanswered Questions From The Presidential Debate
Kenneth Bone

Sunday night's debate between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump was conducted in a "town hall" format, which gave some undecided voters the chance to directly ask the presidential candidates questions regarding their policies. Unfortunately, many questions were left unanswered. Here are some of the questions that I'm sure we all had after viewing the debate:

1. What do the candidates plan to do about climate change?

The most pressing issue in the world is the world. And there wasn't a word said about it.

2. What about education?

The debate made it very clear that there is a big problem with the education in this country, but neither of the candidates talked about how they were going to fix it. Perhaps it's better for them if they don't fix it...

3. Who exactly IS Barack Obama?

This guy was referenced several times throughout the debate, but neither of the candidates gave any indication as to WHO they were talking about. All I've got is this one picture:

4. What are we having for dinner tonight?

By the end of the debate, it was 10:30 PM and neither Mr. Trump nor Mrs. Clinton had declared what America was going to have for dinner. How could they leave this question unanswered?!

5. Who exactly IS Bill Clinton?

All these NAMES kept getting mentioned and it was SO FRUSTRATING! I wish that Mr. Trump had been more specific about Mr. Clinton's sexual history, because I was left with many questions and only this one picture:

6. What kind of relationship do Anderson Cooper and Martha Raddatz have?

Are they friends? Are they lovers? Perhaps...Maybe...Could Anderson Cooper be...gay?!

7. How did Alec Baldwin get this far into the race without anyone noticing that that's not actually Donald Trump?

Obviously, the version of Mr. Donald Trump that was out there on that stage was a parody version of the real thing. The only question is: how did Alec Baldwin make it this far without America realizing that it was, fortunately, just a hilarious joke?

8. Where are Hillary's tax returns?

There was a lot of focus on Donald's taxes and whether or not he has been cheating the government, but, if I'm not mistaken, we never got to see HILLARY'S tax returns, did we?!

9. Where are Donald's emails?

There was a lot of focus on Hillary's emails and whether or not she has been cheating the government, but, if I'm not mistaken, we never got to see DONALD'S emails, did we?!

10. Who exactly IS Kenneth Bone?

AMERICA NEEDS TO KNOW!

11. Why haven't we taken a closer look at the signing of the Declaration of Independence?

Turns out Kenneth Bone might be the answer to all of our unanswers.

12. If Kenneth Bone had been in the hit musical" Hamilton," would he have been played by Zach Galifianakis or Bobby Moynihan?

Maybe CGI can create a combination of these two? I don't know, I just really want to see this happen now. Can somebody get Lin Manuel Miranda on the phone? This needs to happen.

13. Anybody have a plan?

These two must have felt pretty foolish last night when they got back to their hotel rooms and realized that they hadn't said a word about their Presidential strategies and what exactly they plan to do as President! Well, maybe next time!

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
