1.Bundle up, watch the stars, and have a picnic. Could there be anything more romantic? Forget the distractions of a noisy restaurant, and truly enjoy each others company beneath the stars.
2.Build a blanket fort and watch The Notebook. Be a kid again! Gather all the blankets you own and start building.
3.Learn a new skill together. Maybe, take a pottery or cooking class. If you’re really in the mood for something spicy, try a salsa class!
4.Do something adventurous. Go hiking! Take a spontaneous day trip to somewhere fun! Go to the local farmer’s market!
5.Cook your own meal. This could go really well, or this could go really wrong. But, however the food turns out, what a wonderful way to spend time together!
6.Volunteer at the animal shelter. Puppies on Valentine’s Day? This might be the best idea yet.
7.Volunteer at the local soup kitchen. Puppies are wonderful, but what could be better than showing some love for those less fortunate on Valentine’s Day?
8.Go rollerblading! Holding hands, skating the night away, and probably falling on your butt at least 25 times. Sounds like a perfect date.
9.Bake a heart-shaped cake. A little cliche but why not?
10.Visit the zoo. Bond over your love for anything cute and furry.
11. Have a spa night. Do facials and massages, sip on wine, and enjoy a stress-free environment. Guys like to be pampered, too, sometimes!
12. Play board games. Bring our your competitive side while playing games like Twister, Clue, and Yatzee.
13. Go to a karaoke bar. Sing the night away and probably meet some very interesting people. Who could turn this down?
